The kitchen looks over the front of the property and has an oblique view of the harbour. The area in front of the apartment often features live entertainment at night, and both the kitchen and terrace provide an excellent vantage point to enjoy the spectacle.

The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, fridge and all the other mod-cons you would expect including an espresso machine to enjoy that quintessential Italian drink on our beautiful terrace. The kitchen units are sourced from Italy, with all the aesthetics and design quality that implies. The white units are set off by dark coloured worktops and slate ceramic tiles.

In restoring the apartment we uncovered the arch (pictured) leading to the dining room and which frames both rooms wonderfully.
